What I was hoping for when we visited was a sunny day with no wind so that here would be wonderful reflections in the water.
As you approach the reservoir you pass this wall. I persuaded Marcia to stand by it to give some idea of the size of the stones.

I was also hoping to see some wildfowl but the place was deserted apart from two mallard and a couple of Canada geese in the far distance.
